Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Show eagerness to learn and develop skills
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical work, HVAC, pool upkeep, drywall repairs, and minor carpentry
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• EPA certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification are advantageous
• Experience with heat pump systems is preferred
