About the Role

Work Schedule and Employment Details
- Night Shift hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday
- Permanent full-time position
Key Duties
- Carry out minor installations and commissioning as needed
- Conduct troubleshooting, scheduled preventive maintenance, and corrective fixes on plant equipment
- Perform all tasks professionally, safely, and promptly in line with PepsiCo’s Safety and Environmental management guidelines
- Manage and extract maintenance data using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP)
- Help identify, document, and implement improvements in maintenance procedures and equipment to boost machine availability, quality, and safety
- Collaborate and assist external contractors as required
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Mechanical Engineering credentials, minimum Trade certificate
- Proven skills in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Capability to work independently and safely under pressure
- Systematic problem-solving approach
- Flexible work attitude, willingness to work overtime, attend training, and change shifts as necessary
- Food industry experience is advantageous
- Additional experience with Steam Systems, confined space entry, Elevated Work Platforms (EWP), and TIG welding is a plus
