About the Role and Company

We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel in excellent condition and deliver outstanding experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planned preventive maintenance activities including general repairs such as painting, applying silicone, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Regularly inspect rooms to identify and address minor issues like loose door handles or burned-out lightbulbs before they impact guests.
- Promptly respond to guests’ maintenance requests with a positive and helpful approach.
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager and assist other hotel departments as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and guests.
- Organize and maintain the workshop area, keeping tools orderly and monitoring inventory levels for supplies.
Preferred Qualifications and Expectations
- Willingness to work flexibly, including at least one weekend per month.
- Prior experience in maintenance or as a handyman is advantageous.
- Possession of electrical or plumbing certifications is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail paired with effective practical problem-solving skills.
