Role Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time position based on-site within the Riyadh Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure operations are safe and efficient. Key duties involve diagnosing malfunctions, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems, adhering to preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment breakdowns, and responding promptly to maintenance service requests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and regular upkeep of building systems and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Implement scheduled preventive maintenance activities to reduce equipment failures.
• Coordinate with property management and operations teams to ensure smooth functioning and minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards in all maintenance tasks.
• Respond swiftly to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair needs.

Requirements

• Proficient skills in equipment maintenance and repair relevant to building and facility systems.
• Good experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults.
• Demonstrated knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial maintenance practices suitable for commercial and hospitality properties.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
• Basic awareness of safety codes and protocols in facility maintenance.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician or comparable role within real estate, hospitality, or commercial sectors is preferred.
• Must be physically able to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and handle emergency situations.
• Educational credentials such as a high school diploma or technical/vocational certification in maintenance, engineering, or related discipline are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
