As a Hotel Maintenance Team Member, you will be integral to ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining safety, reliability, and comfort throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and mechanical fixes across hotel premises.
• React promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and emergency situations to minimize disruption.
• Participate in routine facility inspections to identify and address potential issues early, aiding in proactive upkeep.
• Support scheduled preventative maintenance programs to uphold operational standards.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities, maintaining clean and hazard-free work areas.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager and hotel staff, assisting in coordination with contractors and suppliers to achieve timely and quality outcomes.
• Maintain detailed logs of completed work, materials utilized, and expenses incurred, ensuring transparent communication about maintenance progress and needs.
