Maintenance Support

We are offering a full-time permanent position at our Palmwoods site on the Sunshine Coast during a time of growth. This role focuses on maintaining the clean and functional state of our facilities through proactive, hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks across facilities and grounds using CMMS/Upkeep systems.
• Maintain external areas such as driveways, carparks, pathways, and roads, ensuring they remain clean and debris-free.
• Conduct basic internal repairs including taps, toilet seats, lighting fixtures, and furniture upkeep, along with general painting duties.
• Assist tradespeople with breakdown resolutions and support scheduled maintenance activities.
• Help with cleaning and maintenance of site amenities including eating spaces and BBQ equipment, and assist in event setup.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts and scissor lifts as needed.
• Train and provide operational coverage at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), including filter cleaning and contractor support, with a higher duties allowance when qualified.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in general maintenance or a related field.
• Basic handyman skills for repairs.
• Forklift and scissor lift operation skills; licenses preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
• Enthusiasm to learn and capability to operate WWTP when necessary.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
