Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role at Hafawah Hotels & Resort in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah entails overseeing and executing maintenance activities across all hotel facilities to ensure optimal operation and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform corrective maintenance tasks throughout the hotel’s properties.
• Maintain readiness of systems and facilities, responding promptly and effectively to equipment failures or breakdowns.
• Manage the maintenance team, ensuring their work meets the established quality and standards.
• Develop and track preventive and scheduled maintenance plans.
• Handle maintenance requests, document all maintenance actions, and generate necessary reports.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality norms, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• At least four years of hands-on maintenance experience within the hotel industry.
• Broad practical knowledge across multiple maintenance areas, including HVAC and refrigeration systems, electrical systems and panels, plumbing and drainage, elevators and mechanical systems, carpentry, aluminum works, and painting.
• Proven skills in diagnosing technical problems and ensuring preventive maintenance is effectively carried out.
• Strong capabilities in problem-solving, managing time, coordinating tasks, and performing under pressure including urgent situations.
