Job description
Role Summary
A prominent industrial firm based in Jeddah is hiring a Maintenance Planner to design maintenance schedules, oversee work order creation, and facilitate maintenance activities efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive maintenance schedules.
- Generate and manage work orders for maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and analyze maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compile detailed maintenance reports for management review.
- Plan and manage inventory of spare parts necessary for maintenance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (undergraduate level) in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Strong skills in maintenance planning, scheduling, reporting, and team coordination.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
