Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

The Maintenance Planner plays a vital role in organizing and managing maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant operations. This position involves comprehensive planning of preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule maintenance plans including preventive, corrective, and predictive strategies.
• Manage and utilize the Plant Maintenance (PM) module within the relevant Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain and update equipment master data for accuracy and completeness.
• Create detailed job cards and effectively coordinate resources for maintenance activities.
• Plan for availability of necessary parts, tools, and resources to support maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance backlogs, ensure compliance with standards, and track related costs.
• Generate maintenance performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth maintenance operations.
