Role Overview

As a Maintenance Officer at Estia Health, you will take pride in maintaining a well-presented residential home. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, handling diverse tasks, and supporting residents with their maintenance needs in a caring environment. Key Responsibilities

• Apply a proactive and collaborative approach to maintain the home's appearance to excellent standards.
• Handle a variety of maintenance duties covering both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Engage with residents to assist with their maintenance-related needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities.
• Utilise general handyman skills to address various repair and upkeep tasks.
