About Pinnacle College
Pinnacle College is an independent educational institution serving students from Foundation to Year 12, located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. The college embraces multicultural values and actively promotes diversity. Established first in Gilles Plains in 2005, it expanded to Elizabeth East in 2010 and Golden Grove in 2019.
Role Overview
We invite qualified and experienced Maintenance Officers to apply for a permanent full-time position based at our Elizabeth East campus. This role centers on ensuring that school facilities are well-maintained, safe, and supportive of an optimal educational environment for both students and staff.
Key Requirements
- Possession of a relevant qualification or trade certificate
- Experience in facilities maintenance, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in educational settings
- Proficient technical skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and/or fundamental electrical work
- Understanding and application of preventive maintenance procedures
- Competence in the safe and effective operation of hand and power tools
- Strong abilities in problem-solving and managing time efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various IT software platforms
- Dedication to upholding the mission, vision, and core values of Pinnacle College
