Maintenance Officer

About the Role

This hands-on Maintenance Officer position allows you to directly see the impact of your efforts daily. You will help maintain safety, cleanliness, and the overall pleasant appearance of the village, combining general indoor upkeep with a dedicated day for outdoor mowing and grounds care. This is a full-time role requiring a five-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Dedicate one full day per week to mowing lawns and maintaining external grounds.
• Ensure proper waste handling and maintain overall site cleanliness.
• Record maintenance activities accurately using an online logging system.

Required Qualifications and Skills
