Maintenance Manager - Dairy Products

Overview

Join a prominent Saudi FMCG food manufacturer renowned for delivering premium dairy and food products across the Kingdom. As a Maintenance Manager, you will spearhead and enhance all maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime, minimize failures, and uphold safe, dependable plant operations. You will be accountable for implementing preventive maintenance and fostering ongoing improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel, driving accountability and performance excellence.
• Manage upkeep of production machinery, utilities, and plant facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with Production and other departments.
• Oversee spare parts inventory to guarantee availability of critical components.
• Track maintenance key performance indicators, analyze breakdown patterns, and control maintenance expenses.
• Initiate reliability enhancement and cost-saving programs.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, GMP, HACCP, and ISO compliance standards.
• Compile and deliver maintenance performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of maintenance experience within food manufacturing settings.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proficient English communication with strong reporting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective team management capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of equipment and utility maintenance systems.
• Analytical aptitude for utilizing data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing budgets, setting priorities, and collaborating across functions.
