Primary Duties

• Design, execute, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and plant infrastructure.
• Take charge of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving failures in electrical and mechanical equipment to reduce production stoppages.
• Guarantee availability and operational reliability of essential equipment involved in power transformer fabrication and assembly.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to investigate equipment breakdowns and implement measures to prevent recurring issues.
• Oversee maintenance operations and deliver technical support and guidance to maintenance staff.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled shutdowns, comprehensive maintenance projects, and equipment refurbishment.
• Track equipment performance data to suggest enhancements that improve reliability, efficiency, and safety in operations.
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, control circuit diagrams, user manuals, and other technical documents.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and technical reports.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams to ensure uninterrupted and safe plant functioning.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Between 5 and 10 years of pertinent maintenance experience, ideally in a power transformer manufacturing setting or heavy electrical sector.
• Comprehensive practical understanding of industrial electrical installations, motors, transformers, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), control panels, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and protection systems.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance.
• Demonstrated capability in electrical troubleshooting, fault analysis, and conducting Root Cause Analysis.
