Role Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring the smooth, cost-efficient, and customer-centric delivery of vehicle maintenance services. Partnering with Maintenance Controllers, this role involves processing maintenance transactions, verifying invoices, addressing discrepancies, and managing maintenance-related queries. Accurate record keeping and seamless daily operations management are crucial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to vehicle servicing, repair, maintenance, and tyre replacements.
- Review, process, and reconcile maintenance invoices, addressing any anomalies or exceptions.
- Monitor work queues to ensure maintenance requests are handled within established service timelines.
- Keep precise maintenance records, transaction details, and necessary documentation within company systems.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain quality service outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys maintaining workflow momentum. A background in administration, customer service, or coordination is advantageous. They should excel at problem-solving, supporting colleagues, and prioritizing competing tasks under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills Required
