Maintenance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Perform building and facility inspections along with general upkeep tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment operation.
• Handle minor electrical repairs efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and scheduling with supervisory staff.
• Carry out other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a high school diploma or a technical diploma in maintenance, electrical work, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Skilled in forklift operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with effective troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiar with maintenance protocols and safety standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift over 70 pounds.
• Frequent physical activities including bending, twisting, and prolonged standing.

Work Schedule and Conditions

The standard workweek totals forty hours, Monday through Friday; however, scheduling may vary to include evening or weekend shifts in response to production needs or emergencies.
