Job Overview
We are seeking a Mainframe Assembler Developer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience. This position is open at multiple locations, including Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Indore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad (Adibatla).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using IBM Mainframe Assembler, MVS Assembler, and JCL.
- Participate in the design, development, analysis, and full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of mainframe applications.
- Utilize additional technologies such as COBOL, DB2, PL/1, ISPW, ISPF, and MQ Series to support application development and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of hands-on experience in MVS Assembler and JCL is mandatory.
- Experience working with COBOL, DB2, PL/1, ISPW, ISPF, and MQ Series is advantageous.
- Exposure to banking or retail banking domains is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Must hold at least a graduate degree to be eligible for application.
