Role Overview
The Mahila Career Agent position based in Lucknow offers a full-time role with a hybrid working model combining in-person and remote work. The incumbent is responsible for promoting LIC's insurance products, engaging prospective and current clients, clarifying policy features, and assisting with selecting suitable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating leads and conducting client meetings to promote LIC insurance products.
- Guiding clients on financial planning and protection solutions tailored to their needs.
- Assisting clients with documentation and servicing policies efficiently.
- Collaborating with branch teams and participating in training initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Building enduring client relationships and enhancing product awareness.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insurance concepts.
- Skill in sales and marketing, including lead generation and relationship management within the Lucknow region.
- Proficient organizational skills, managing appointments, records, and policy documents meticulously.
- Basic financial literacy and analytical capability to assess client needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Adaptability to hybrid work, self-motivated with effective time management and coordination.
- Educational qualification minimum higher secondary; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Fluency in local languages, working knowledge of English, and competence with basic computer and smartphone usage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is desirable but not mandatory; completion of LIC training is required.
