We are a reputable manufacturing firm specializing in precision parts and solutions tailored for rotating machinery. Our team caters to diverse industrial sectors that require stringent quality, precision, and dependability.
Our workshop delivers a hands-on experience working with manual and specialized machinery to create, repair, and finish parts within tight tolerances. We work on an array of materials, emphasizing craftsmanship, safety, and quality to ensure reliable outputs for our clientele.
Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints accurately for manufacturing requirements.
- Setup and operate manual machines such as Horizontal Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL), End Mills, and Bridgeport equipment.
- Maintain precise tolerances throughout the manufacturing process.
- Handle different material types efficiently.
- Conduct inspections on the first piece, during processing, and final products to ensure quality.
- Perform finishing tasks including deburring, grinding, and surfacing of materials.
- Perform various additional tasks within the workshop as needed.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The position operates Monday to Friday from 6 am to 3 pm, including 5-10 hours of overtime. Pay ranges between $25 and $40 per hour, with compensation depending on experience. Opportunities for professional growth and excellent benefits are available.
