Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to EOGL Health, Safety and Environment standards during operations.
• Efficiently operate process equipment, consistently applying standards to maintain control.
• Operate, set up, monitor, and troubleshoot auxiliary or supporting machines such as printers associated with the main machine.
• Perform tool changeovers for machines excluding those requiring expert technical skills.
• Ensure materials and resources are available to support effective machine operation.
• Maintain product quality by frequent inspections against specifications, rejecting or blocking products if necessary.
• Complete all required documentation reflecting machine performance, including batch manufacturing records, inspections, loss data, and process or machine failure logs.
• Manage rework of quarantined materials within the operator's shift and ensure their clearance.
• Address process failures with appropriate support and share constructive feedback regarding shift constraints.
• Assist investigations related to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), complaints, or deviations within the scope.
• Maintain high standards of Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Communicate effectively with preceding and succeeding shifts and other relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Education: High School plus ITI or diploma in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills within internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative and independently resolve issues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
