Position Summary

We seek a dependable and motivated Machine Operator specializing in mattress assembly to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves assembling and finishing mattresses using various machinery, tools, and production equipment. Working collaboratively in a supportive environment, you'll help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to rigorous quality standards. Prior machine operation experience is favorable, though training and skill development will be provided.

Key Duties

• Operate mattress manufacturing machinery safely and effectively.
• Assemble mattress components precisely according to production guidelines.
• Prepare materials and components for manufacturing workflows.
• Utilize hand tools and other production devices as necessary.
• Monitor machinery and processes, identifying and reporting faults or quality concerns.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Adhere to production instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
• Engage in job rotation and perform various tasks within trained competencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate closely with team members to fulfill production goals.
• Follow all health, safety, and personal protective equipment requirements consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, sewing, or upholstery is desirable but not mandatory.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
• Comfortable working with sewing machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and product specifications.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Capable of maintaining a consistent production pace.
• Physically fit to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
• Positive attitude and cooperative team player.
• Eager to learn, develop multiple skills, and be versatile in different production areas.
• Committed to workplace safety and flexibility to work overtime including Saturdays when needed.

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
