Job Overview and Responsibilities
The role involves operating and overseeing machinery in accordance with established standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and safe functioning. Key duties include performing basic adjustments, operational inspections, and monitoring the production process to maintain quality standards. The operator should document production details accurately and promptly communicate any machine malfunctions or technical difficulties to supervisors or the maintenance department. Adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations is mandatory.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
- Between two to three years of experience working as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment.
- Capability to work on shift schedules.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety protocols.
