Role Overview

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer IV to be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with responsibility for advancing AI and machine learning initiatives by fostering innovation and maintaining excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools, focusing on scalable, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Collaborate across teams including product management, marketing, and engineering to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Participate actively in code reviews and promote a culture of coding excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to building a culture of technical innovation within the organization.
• Follow secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate vulnerabilities in software products.
• Implement comprehensive unit testing to ensure code quality, readability, and reliability.
• Analyze complex data from various internal and external sources creatively to solve challenging problems.
• Develop and recommend risk mitigation measures and support governance through new policy and procedure development.
• Work closely with business-aligned support teams to remain informed about business strategies and activities.
• Effectively communicate complex and potentially sensitive information to diverse audiences.
• Use influence and persuasion skills to align collaborators towards achieving objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Python programming, including data manipulation libraries such as PySpark and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks platform.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices using tools like GitHub.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying machine learning models within an ML-Ops framework.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• In-depth understanding of data engineering, including ETL pipeline construction and real-time data processing.
• Skilled in data modeling techniques such as star and snowflake schemas and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field is required. Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services is expected. Possession of an associate-level Cloud Certification is advantageous.
