Job Overview
We are seeking a Machine Engineer specializing in mobile manufacturing line operations to manage machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution. This role demands hands-on expertise with various assembly line machinery including Auto Screwing Machines, Back Cover Machines, Camera Deco units, Cold Pressing devices, Hot Melt Glue Machines, Thermal Gel Dispensing Machines, BTB Machines, 3-in-1 Back Cover Fixing Machines, YH3 Machines, Primer Dispensing Machines, and Battery Rolling Machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and provide prompt support for mobile assembly line machines.
- Oversee machine installation, commissioning, setup of production lines, debugging, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Execute root cause analyses and devise corrective strategies to minimize machine downtime.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and new model line configurations including machine validation and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality teams, and suppliers to diagnose and resolve issues linked to machinery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in any discipline.
- Preferred experience: Over 3 years, ideally in the mobile manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC programming, servo motor programming, sensor operation, as well as electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
