Luge Operator

Role Summary

We are seeking a Luge Operator based in Rotorua, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, to provide an inviting and friendly experience for all luge riders. You will guide riders with clear safety instructions and help ensure the safe function of chairlift operations.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves active, hands-on work outdoors, requiring you to be on your feet throughout your shifts. You will work rostered shifts that include weekends, school holidays, and public holidays. The role requires a flexible team player committed to safety and excellent guest interaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal individual will demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, conscientiousness, and a strong dedication to health and safety. An interest in tourism and providing outstanding customer service is essential. Ability to follow strict safety protocols and remain composed under pressure is also necessary.
