About the Role

As a Guest Service Host at Skyline Enterprises in Rotorua, you will serve as the initial contact point for visitors, greeting them warmly and providing informative guidance about our various products and experiences. Your role ensures guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant visit while you handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Be the welcoming face to guests and share clear information about offerings.
• Manage cash and utilize point-of-sale systems proficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a problem-solving attitude, even in fast-paced situations.
• Work rostered shifts predominantly during weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

Candidate Profile

• Demeanor that is warm and positive, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and confident when handling monetary transactions.
• Ability to perform well under pressure as part of a team.
• Customer-centric approach with enthusiasm for addressing challenges.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not required.
