Job description
Position Overview
The Loyalty Officer role is dedicated to recognizing and engaging our most valued Elite members by ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. This role covers the entire Elite member experience starting from pre-arrival and arrival stages and extends to follow-up communications using feedback channels such as GXP and CEC. Collaborating effectively with the Loyalty department team is essential to guarantee seamless communication and delivery of the Elite benefits program.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies, maintain a professional and clean personal appearance, and safeguard confidential information and company assets.
- Greet and acknowledge guests warmly and according to company standards.
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ service needs promptly, including supporting guests with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, utilizing appropriate etiquette in phone and written correspondences.
- Cultivate positive working relationships and support team objectives while responding effectively to coworkers’ concerns.
- Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds safely without assistance.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Completion of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a related role.
- Supervision: No prior supervisory experience required.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required.
