Role Purpose and Working Hours

This position seeks a vigilant Loss Prevention Officer dedicated to preventing theft and maintaining a safe environment for both customers and employees.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Surveil the premises using security camera systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Maintain a noticeable presence on the shop floor to deter theft and assist customers.
• Engage with customers effectively, addressing any issues or concerns they may raise.
• Record incidents and upload details to the designated crime reporting platform promptly.

Candidate Profile

While experience in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Effective communication skills, a positive mindset, and eagerness to learn are essential. Candidates should be prepared to stand for long durations during shifts.

Experience in managing conflict and de-escalation techniques, along with maintaining composure under stressful situations, is beneficial.
