Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated Loss Prevention Officers to help safeguard our customers, team members, and merchandise. This important role involves being a visible and approachable presence at store entrances to discourage loss, while supporting a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor at entrance points to enhance customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to protect merchandise and reduce theft.
- Act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function, promoting safety throughout the store.
- Manage conflict resolution calmly and professionally under pressure.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates may have experience in customer-facing positions, fast-paced retail, or security roles, though this is not mandatory. You should be self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong communication skills to make a positive impact on the team and customers.
