Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Loss Prevention Officers who will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise at our stores. You will be the welcoming face at store entrances, providing an approachable presence while actively deterring theft and loss on the sales floor. Your collaboration with the store team is vital to maintain product security and to manage conflict situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances to enhance customer experience and prevent loss.
• Act as an ambassador of loss prevention, collaborating closely with store staff to protect assets.
• Use sound judgement and communication skills to resolve conflicts professionally and calmly under pressure.
• Support and contribute positively to the overall store environment, promoting safety and security.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess customer-facing experience, preferably in fast-paced retail or security roles; however, prior experience is not mandatory. We value self-motivation, resilience, and strong communication abilities. Your capability to stay composed and professional during challenging situations will be essential to succeed.
