Job Description

Located in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a Loss Prevention Manager (m/w/d) for a full-time role (40 hours per week) to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise within the assigned region
• Leading, motivating, and developing the Loss Prevention team
• Creating and implementing preventive measures to minimize crime and inventory shrinkage
• Ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures related to loss prevention and employee safety
• Analyzing data and trends to identify risks and determine appropriate countermeasures
• Collaborating with business partners to optimize processes and investigate thefts and criminal activities

Profile

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the role
• Several years of operational experience in retail, security, logistics, or process/project management
• Initial leadership experience combined with willingness to enhance leadership capabilities
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented approach, and ability to de-escalate critical situations
• High self-motivation, assertiveness, and practical, solution-focused mindset
• Proficient in German (spoken and written), ideally with additional English skills and willingness to travel regionally
