Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Doha involves supervising daily logistics activities, managing the fleet, allocating drivers, and planning routes to maximize operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and fostering strong communication within the logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise the company’s vehicle fleet
• Plan delivery routes and schedule shipments effectively
• Assign and coordinate driver tasks and responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and address logistics-related queries
• Maintain strong communication and coordination within the team

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Competence in supervisory roles and operations management
• Demonstrated skills in managing fleet and logistics operations
• Experience in route planning and scheduling of deliveries
• Proven ability to allocate and manage drivers efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills
• Prior experience in logistics fleet or supply chain management
• Leadership capability to effectively manage and motivate the logistics team
• Diploma in computer applications with proficiency in MS Excel functions and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Supply Chain or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
