Role Overview

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee the end-to-end dispatch process of products using couriers, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers, managing all documentation and shipment tracking to maintain seamless operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product dispatch through various delivery channels including courier services, transporters, and logistics providers.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to guarantee on-time shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and validate essential shipment documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and dispatch records.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on schedule.
• Continuously track shipments and communicate with courier and transport agencies for updates and resolutions.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to provide precise dispatch and delivery status updates.
• Maintain meticulous records related to shipments and associated documentation for operational transparency.
• Oversee daily logistics and dispatch activities to assure smooth functioning and adherence to timelines.
