Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist, also known as Welfare & Administration Officer, to oversee the management and welfare of staff accommodations and canteen-related logistics.
Key Duties
- Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene standards of employee dormitories and accommodations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Maintain accurate records tracking the intake and distribution of canteen and general welfare supplies.
- Perform monthly financial reconciliation with food suppliers alongside verifying their invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Carry out scheduled hygiene and sanitation inspections within the canteen premises to uphold food safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of two years of pertinent work experience in a related logistics or administrative role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
Required Competencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication and reporting aptitude, capable of articulating background information, tracking progress, and presenting outcomes clearly and effectively.
