Logistics Executive

Role Overview

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the local market by sourcing new business opportunities and delivering compelling presentations that highlight the unique advantages of TCI Express. This role involves managing an assigned portfolio of clients, enhancing business through cross-selling various service offerings including Surface, Express, and Cold Chain logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture new sales leads to deepen market penetration.
• Present TCI Express’s value propositions persuasively to attract and secure new clients.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while increasing revenue through cross-selling efforts.
• Manage contract negotiations and renewals effectively to uphold business continuity.
• Analyze account performance and ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements.
• Work in close cooperation with Branch Operations and regional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions precisely and promptly.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from warehouse managers to executive leadership, promoting long-term engagements.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments locally to keep TCI Express competitive and adaptive to market trends.
