Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily operations of pickup activities at our Mumbai location. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders including pickup personnel, drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and regulate daily pickup tasks, assigning responsibilities efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with pickup staff, drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments.
• Monitor the status of pickups and perform follow-ups on any delays or pending pickups.
• Ensure accurate scanning, proper handling of shipments, and completion of necessary documentation.
• Track pickup team performance and promptly address any operational challenges.
• Maintain detailed daily Management Information System (MIS) and operational reports.
• Coordinate shipment handovers between pickups and the warehouse for further processing.
• Respond to queries from customers and vendors related to pickup operations.
• Enforce company SOPs, turnaround times (TAT), and operational standards diligently.
• Oversee attendance and productivity metrics of pickup staff.
• Escalate significant operational issues to higher management when needed.
• Support team efforts towards meeting daily and monthly operational targets.

Compensation & Location

This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, offering a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
