Job Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Hyderabad who will efficiently handle load coordination, customer management, and transporter collaboration to ensure timely delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate effectively with customers to secure loads.
- Ensure on-time delivery of loads utilizing our registered trucks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to guarantee a steady flow of loads.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities within the region.
- Coordinate internally across teams and externally with transporters to facilitate load acquisition.
Additional Information
A successful candidate will focus on maintaining excellent customer rapport both to retain existing clients and support the growth of the customer base.
