About The Role

The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing daily freight operations and inventory control to guarantee timely and cost-efficient delivery of products. This position involves working closely with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to keep shipping documentation accurate and handle any logistical challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize inbound and outbound shipments by planning schedules and routes.
• Keep precise inventory records and regularly conduct stock verifications.
• Prepare, confirm, and manage shipping documents including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery confirmations.
• Assess carrier service quality, negotiate freight rates, and address any delivery inconsistencies.
• Evaluate logistics data to find opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.
• Work alongside procurement and warehouse teams to synchronize inventory levels with forecasted demand.
• Ensure adherence to all transportation guidelines and internal company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Between one to three years of experience in logistics coordination or storekeeping roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Competence in analyzing data and generating practical reports.
• Solution-oriented approach with dedication to ongoing improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Certifications related to supply chain management or similar fields.
• Understanding of international freight and customs regulations.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
