Join Loadit Supply Services Pvt Ltd as a Logistics and Operations Intern, engaging in a comprehensive 3-month hands-on program designed to immerse you in the logistics sector. Work alongside seasoned professionals to gain practical knowledge in logistics operations, client interactions, shipment monitoring, documentation, and report preparation.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational assistance by supporting day-to-day logistics activities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Monitor shipments and deliver timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Engage in client communication regarding shipment details, addressing basic client inquiries under supervision while maintaining professional decorum.
- Manage and update operational records, prepare regular MIS reports using Microsoft Excel, and maintain thorough documentation of operational procedures.
- Participate actively in company training sessions and team meetings to understand company processes, customer service standards, and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in basic MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in written English.
- A proactive learner with adaptable attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork capability and positive disposition towards work.
