Logistical Supply Analyst

Job Overview

Leidos Arabia is seeking a full-time Logistics Analyst to support the Royal Saudi Naval Forces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing purchase order files, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open order documentation for Naval Support Center (NSC) purchase materials, specifically managing incoming shipments from USN and SAIC CAM.
• Distribute shipment details such as Airway bills and DD 1149 forms to the RSNF Logistics officer to facilitate customs clearance.
• Coordinate return shipments for repairs or replacements back to vendors.
• Ensure received materials comply with purchase orders or contracts and process procurement receipt documentation.
• Conduct receipt, check-in, and inspection of all incoming goods, including Material Turned-Into Store (MTIS).
• Investigate discrepancies like overages, shortages, or damages and initiate corrective procedures.
• Prepare and circulate rejection notices, inspection reports, Reports of Discrepancy (RODs), and related invoices.
• Separate materials appropriately for storage or direct delivery to customers.
• Manage shelf-life sensitive items to ensure timely issuance before expiration dates.
• Compile and submit Monthly Supply Reports, weekly shipment status updates, and monthly logistics activity reports to IKM and SAIC administration.
• Perform additional logistics tasks related to US Navy and SAIC CAM equipment as assigned by the Logistics Officer.

Preferred Additional Duties

• Oversee management of Contractor Acquired Material (CAM), auditing deliveries against manifests and maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
• Participate in weekly Engineering Synchronization meetings every Wednesday at 5 pm.
• Provide weekly status reports by close of business on Thursdays.
• Manage communications with US Navy Logistics points of contact regarding tracking and management of materials.
• Conduct physical inventories and audits of CAM materials.
• Maintain proactive communications with O&M, USN, and RSNF ensuring responsiveness and independent work capability.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with less than two years of relevant work history.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent comprehension of English.
• Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
