Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for client-facing positions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers to forecast workforce demands and offer insightful recruitment strategies.

  • Coordinate interview and selection processes with timely feedback and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Contribute to enhancing employer branding and recruitment experiences by leading continuous improvement initiatives and refining onboarding and reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment for technology roles including systems, infrastructure, software development, and architecture within defence and national security sectors.
  • Proactive, relationship-focused professional with a track record of delivering significant recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to navigate complex environments effectively.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-trust setting.
  • Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Benefits and Culture

  • Flexible working arrangements including up to 12 extra Life Days off annually, part-time options, job sharing, and compressed schedules.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support including free access to Headspace and MeQuilibrium, along with dedicated wellness spaces.
  • Extensive learning resources with over 120,000 on-demand courses, plus opportunities in technical, leadership, and professional development.
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful national projects that challenge and accelerate career growth.
  • Support for continuous professional development, whether deepening technical skills or preparing for leadership roles.

Application Process

The selection process prioritizes simplicity and respect, beginning with an initial discussion with Talent Acquisition, followed by interviews and any role-specific assessments. The recruitment team will provide guidance on preparations and interview details. Applicants needing any accommodations during the hiring process are encouraged to notify us.
