Primary Duties

• Offer a heartfelt greeting to guests as they enter, providing helpful directions, recommendations around Doha, and any relevant information to enhance their visit.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality by maintaining a cheerful and approachable demeanor, addressing guest queries promptly, and effectively solving issues in a friendly manner.
• Keep current with all hotel-related information including service offerings, operating hours of outlets, nearby attractions, transportation details, and event schedules.
• Support guests by taking care of errands such as delivering packages, collecting laundry, and handling event tickets upon request.
• Ensure the lobby remains clean, well-organized, and inviting at all times.
