Position Overview
This contract role based in Auckland (East Tamaki) offers a chance to work with industry-leading sports medicine products. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and examine surgical loaner instruments and implant sets to ensure readiness.
- Track loaner kits and update contents when products expire or engineering modifications occur.
- Keep set inventory accurate by reflecting current lot code changes.
- Understand and effectively perform loaner ERP system steps and transactions.
- Accurately transfer sets between storage and shipment-ready stock.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to maintain proper product configurations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Ideal candidates have prior experience as Loan Kit Technicians in the medical device sector or CSSD professionals, though those from warehouse backgrounds with attention to detail and teamwork focus are considered.
- Experience using SAP and RF Scanners is advantageous; training is available.
- Applicants may include CSSD Technicians, Warehouse Professionals, and Biomedical graduates interested in entering medical devices.
- Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environments is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail when documenting information and issues is required.
- Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Teamwork skills and comfort working within groups.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and competence with Word and Outlook.
- Good physical health, including the ability to lift or move between 5 and 15 kilograms.
- Must have legal work rights in New Zealand.
