About the Role
Join PhonePe as a Business Loan Executive based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This position focuses entirely on field sales to promote and provide business loans to merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales visits in the field to identify and approach potential merchant clients for loan offerings.
- Present loan products to merchants, clearly explaining features and benefits to facilitate informed decisions.
- Maintain precise and updated records of client interactions and transactions.
- Meet or surpass designated sales targets while fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in selling financial products within the fintech sector, preferably business loans or insurance.
- Basic knowledge of digital loan processing components such as KYC, mandate management, and autopay systems.
Compensation and Location
The role offers a monthly salary between 17,500 and 21,000 INR and is based in Jodhpur with 100% fieldwork.
