LinkedIn Strategist

Position Overview

Spotlight Marketing is seeking a dedicated full-time LinkedIn Strategist to join our team at our Park Street office in Kolkata. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday from 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM on-site, with Saturday working hours from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM remotely. Candidates must bring their own laptops.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement LinkedIn strategies and content plans for clients’ personal and company profiles, ensuring alignment with their branding and business objectives.
• Create content themes and editorial calendars while mentoring the team on appropriate messaging, tone, and content formats.
• Supervise the creation and publication of LinkedIn posts, carousels, and articles, guaranteeing they embody the client's distinctive voice and strategic aims.
• Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate successful elements, and provide clients with data-driven recommendations.
• Keep updated on LinkedIn’s algorithm changes, current platform trends, and best practices to refine strategies accordingly.
• Direct efforts to boost engagement and grow networks to enhance client exposure and thought leadership.
• Collaborate closely with design, video, and content departments to ensure flawless execution of strategies.
• Regularly communicate strategy progress and performance insights to clients.
