About the Role

At Hard Rock Cafe, our kitchen team members play a crucial role behind the scenes, contributing directly to the overall success of our restaurant. Even though the interaction with guests may be limited, your diverse skills and dedication in various kitchen areas will be essential to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a dishwasher and assist in maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Prepare and cook items in both the preparation and production kitchens according to specified recipes.
• Handle receipt and proper documentation of incoming stock and orders.
• Organize and maintain kitchen stations, including the inner and outer pass.
• Label, date, cover, and store all raw materials appropriately to ensure freshness.
• Set up and break down workstations, manage inventory replenishment and all related cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen environment, including storage areas and dishwashing stations.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines rigorously at all times.
• Manage and refill product and raw material stocks as needed.
• Implement recycling practices wherever feasible.
• Accurately interpret incoming orders, whether by ticket or electronic means, and prepare accordingly.
• Ensure all orders are completed with quality and service standards in mind.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and preparation details.
• Handle group, specialty, or extended preparation orders efficiently.
• Deliver food service when required.
• Communicate professionally with management, kitchen staff, and service teams.
• Perform tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and stooping.
• Maintain a neat appearance and uniform compliance.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Exhibit calmness and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Uphold a positive and friendly attitude toward colleagues and guests.
