Light Duty Cleaner

Role Overview

As a Light Duty Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas within a building. This includes performing tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming carpets, cleaning washroom fixtures, spot cleaning, emptying waste receptacles, and ashtrays.

Key Duties

• Carry out general custodial tasks including use of various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and I-mop machines.
• Restock dispensers with soap, towels, toilet tissue, and sanitary napkins.
• Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures diligently.

Candidate Profile

• Prior cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Must be dependable, enthusiastic, motivated, and able to collaborate as part of a team.
• Physical capability to carry out cleaning duties is necessary.
