Key Responsibilities

• Support residents to maintain their independence and stay active.
• Identify each resident's individual goals and develop customized activity plans to suit them.
• Encourage residents to discover new interests, participate in physical activities, and enjoy their time in a comfortable and engaging environment.
• Collaborate with residents' families and local community groups to organize meaningful experiences.
• Innovate and bring flexibility and creativity in planning activities to engage a broad range of resident interests.
• Exhibit maturity, responsibility, and initiative to improve residents' quality of life.
