Overview
If you have a passion for football and an entrepreneurial spirit, there's an opportunity to establish and lead the Stranger Soccer brand in Jeddah. This is not a traditional salaried leadership position but rather a chance to independently build and manage a football community initiative.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate and expand the Stranger Soccer presence in the city of Jeddah.
- Recruit, mentor, and oversee a small team of 2-3 members, supported by Official Hosts.
- Identify and secure local football venues to facilitate regular matches and events.
- Lead marketing efforts and drive player acquisition through both digital channels and community outreach.
- Manage the operations of football games, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants.
- Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer headquarters which provides operational and technological support.
Candidate Profile
- A deep enthusiasm for football and established ties within the local football community.
- Previous experience in management, operations, sales, or roles involving direct customer interaction.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with capability to work autonomously.
- A dedicated sense of ownership with ambition to grow the brand locally.
