About Stranger Soccer and the Role

Stranger Soccer is pioneering an innovative way to connect football players globally through a simple mobile platform, currently operating in over 10 cities with 100,000 games hosted. We are now seeking a License Owner / Operator to establish and lead our Berlin presence, building a vibrant football community and managing the local operation under our internationally recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and nurture the player community in Berlin
• Identify and secure football venues along with local partnerships
• Recruit, train, and supervise Official Hosts who manage games
• Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives to strengthen community engagement
• Ensure consistently high-quality football playing experiences

Candidate Profile

• A passionate football fan with deep knowledge of the Berlin football scene
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to take initiative and ownership
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills to grow the local community
